Upon receipt of your order, we encourage you to examine the products carefully and keep your buying invoice or proof of purchase.

Should there be any item damage or shortage due to our transportation, or product complaints, customer needs to attach actual products photo (able to show date & time)

In the event of refund process, if involved transporter, customer needs to bare the transportation cost.

After collection of returned products, length time refund back to customer bank account (7) seven working day.

Products must be return / collect back by the company.

Company reserve the right of decline refund due to damage of products caused by customer.
